Like our stringers, GP fins are hand-crafted by woodworker, Bruce Gordon. Bruce uses exotic woods, such as mahogany, bass wood, and curly maple, in the construction of GP fins. At his woodshop, Bruce has developed specialized tools and methods, allowing him to create these fins.
GP fins are designed to maximize the drive of the board without sacrificing maneuvering and turning. Fin depth is intentionally increased to enable the board to "grip" more water and hold the tail.
